FYI - I ended up voting NO on all resolutions - it wont make any difference with WANG (ker) having so many voting rights via his gifted shares, so I guess it's a protest vote. Why should anyone vote YES to remuneration packages and positions when we have no idea who is working full time or part time, what the future direction of the company is, nor what peoples individual roles are. I've seen no business plans, budgets or future goals outlined by AFT for years !!! Have no idea what these people do on a day to day basis - Dumb , Dumber and Dumbest have to do better to get my vote !! E .
