Sorry ..post script...just letting you know that I have written
to majority shareholder ..Surplus King several times over the
last 18 mths...warning of exactly what is happening at moment.

In other words your investment in AFT ,,is at risk at being
totally lost...but alas,..with no Public response, it appears SK..maybe prepared to write off
AFT ..investment..as a" brain snap'....unusual for Asian based savvy
investors looking for growth/profit driven investments..and, to be sure, normally
do not take kindly to now what appears to be,$2.5 mill. later, a "house of cards'..
investment in "renewable space' with a Company it appears was maybe
presenting itself as something that it really did not have the operational
capacity to become...I think Mission Statement says it all..no mention
of creating shareholder value...!!!
