    Love AGM Proposal 14 - "To authorize an adjournment of the Annual Meeting, if necessary, if a quorum is present, to solicit additional proxies if there are not sufficient votes in favour of Proposals 1 through 13"! Somewhat heavy handed in my book - basically, vote 'yes' or we will have a repechage.
