AGM in one month. Will obviously be a key date for highlighting progress towards their first half guidance. They mentioned previously that there was a number of promotional events starting in September (Fathers Day etc) that are key to meeting growth objectives, so if its not going to plan, we should expect to hear about it via a downgrade at the AGM.
I also notice that RS will be getting another 109K options (at $1 exercise price) if he meets performance hurdles over the next 3 years. No wonder he doesn't want to buy shares when he gets this deal. That said, if these performance hurdles are met, the TRS share price will be pushing double figures.
