1982 , you have not read my post wrong at all , my ( conspiracy ) theory is the SAU mgmt /board considers the SK assets far far too valuable, infact the SP has been artificially suppressed at 26.5 c - 30c levels far too long ( over the last few months ) to get impatient punters out first and now they are trying to take a good deal again for themselves with the present ann. However competent a mgmt /board is, they are always most selfish ( SM and his board can be no exception ) and take ample care of themselves first. This can never be avoided or prevented at all. So that way I am not unhappy at all, whatever way it turns out it is ok for me. As long as they deliver the goods in SK , everything will be fine. BTW, when has been life fair to the small guys , might is always right, lol.
