    I understand that the directors have done a great job, but share price has not gone anywhere over the last financial year. To have 7% of the number of shares issued given away as options (with relatively low strike prices and a 3-year term)... I don't know. It just looks a bit too early for such incentives. I will have to think about this for a bit longer...
