I also agree with LibertyS comments.
I started with ARD in 2011 and have substantially increased holdings in the last year. In particular I appreciate all that the current board and management have achieved in a really tough sector. However when I look at Klaus's profile i can't help but think that his experience will bring greater value to ARD. His know-how and reputation will be able to takes us to greater heights than the existing team. Yes i agree that Klaus's timng is opportunistic but if he has skin in ARD (similar to existing team) i think he may be a better option for shareholders during this next phase in ARD's development.
