Or are you saying they will stop doing work?
As far as I am aware there has been no announcement of a meeting to appoint these new directors. Are the existing directors going to step aside for the new people based on discussions with the major shareholders?
If there is to be a meeting then it is still more than 28 days away (which is the required notice period).
I still hold on the basis that ARD has undervalued resources and prospects.
