Based on Silvermarc’s post 16/10 I don’t believe there will be a coup or anyone stepping aside.
What I am speculating is that if shareholders were ameniable to a person of Klaus’s reputation coming onboard then obviously the cheaper his cps offer is then the more appeal it will hold as remuneration.
It is common knowledge that companies have been known to time the release of their announcements to gain best benefit.
I like others question the period it is taking to get some good news out e.g. resource upgrade.
Regardless, I am a firm believer in the value of ARD’s fundamentals and hence my sentiment.
