I also rang the ASX and stated the same.
As they had already announced it was coming within 30 days they have disclosed all information. And the ASX stated that it is up to the company to determine whether this would still fall under rule 3.1 and short of lodging an investigation which would only be detrimental to my holdings if one was raised wouod then be determined by the ASX. The onus was placed onto them to determine whether what they had already announced was enough to keep them in compliance.
I dont know about most people but im not going to shoot a horse when its winning a race just because the horse didnt tell other people it was racing.
