From the ann on 13 Sept (which was marked as price-sensitive) :-
"The DNRM have now formally confirmed to the Company that following this important decision, no further material information is now required from the company and that they are committed to finalising this application within the next 30 days."
So I guess that maybe due to the fact that the original mentioning in Sept (plus giving a 30-day timeline) there was no need to mark it again ?
The ASX can always step in though, impose a TH, slap them on the wrist.
QBL might reply that they haven't seen a notification of it yet because their secretary pulled a sickie this morning.....
