    One big problem is the way the award of potential incentive shares is calculated. They calculate on basically current share prices and say 1m plus shares only equates to a bonus of $250k but that's only because the share price has been battered under their management!

    They shouldn't get to pocket a shed load of shares just because they have driven the share price into the ground and then get a massive benefit by just getting the share price back to something respectable.
