    An intelligent large holder IMO would ask for a capital return with the tax advantages rather than a on market buy back.

    Share buybacks are a poor tool and can drag on forever and YOW can hardly cope with any distraction.

    Maybe YOW management want it to get out of their massive personal holdings!!!
