Share buy back being put to a vote to buy back 10% of outstanding shares.
I can't see a reason that we shouldn't vote for this considering we are barely above cash backing at the moment.
Unless management can prove from now until the meeting that they can get better use from the funds rather than just sitting in the bank I will be voting for it.
