Was it Hartleys that suggested the buy back? For some reason that's where I remember it coming from.

I'm voting no to both resolutions after giving it more thought. You do not get extra bonuses for missing 3/3 quarterly projections. If management could put together a string of positive results and announcements then I would happily vote yes but we haven't had that. Can barely remember the last positive announcement they have put out.
