    Anyone with more experience in tech than myself give an indication on how long an acquisition would take?
    I would think it would be a pretty lengthy process, as in a couple of months?

    Or would they put out an announcement stating they a pursuing an acquisition with X company and provide regular updates on the acquisition proceedings?
