    The acquisition itself would normally take a few months, likely 60 days of DD + shareholder approval and meeting

    That being said, normally they’ll announce the terms of the deal upfront and then provide regular updates as you’ve mentioned @Broke.Punter

    I’d say this week or next we may get something
