With due respect, I'm skeptical that you don't have inside knowledge.
If your posts are the result of analysis of the announcement and Annual report exclusively, then that is truly remarkable given some of your comments.
Statements are being communicated as facts, which could not be known without inside information. Maybe it's just your posting style.

Please clarify your final statement.

BTW Geoff hasn't been CEO for 18 months, yet you seem to pinning everything on him, and the former CFO as a team. What's your agenda?
