Fairly bearish, unfortunately.
I'd rather an update on progress before voting on remuneration increases. You don't get above normal increases without exceeding expectations.
It's been said, repeatedly on this forum, that they're not obliged to give quarterly updates, and that is 100% fine.
What sits unwell with me is that at last year's AGM the CEO stated there were to be no more quarterly updates. A performance update then popped up at the end of March!
Also, the CEO didn't mention the impending CR (obviously) but to me it seemed he confirmed the opposite was in fact the case. We know what transpired there.
So as I said, Bearish, due really to lack of any positive information. I would be happy to hear some good news though, related to earnings vs expenses, rather than the distant horizon of future revenue streams that may not come as good as the solid model they've grown on to date.
