If one of you shareholders is twitchy about an operational update not forthcoming from management, you then need to get on the e-mail and write out a politely worded letter asking if a) there will be an update, and b) if not, why they have chosen not to update shareholders, considering their remuneration is up for voting at the AGM, with shareholders needing to be fully informed in order to cast a vote. If that doesn't work, pick up that plastic thingy with two ends that allows listening and speaking and keep calling until someone answers your questions. These guys work for you - not the other way around. Make them earn that salary!
