As i see it we need the best people in the job to keep NEA kicking goals and it wont work by encouraging staff to move elsewhere because we seen as penny pinching on giving them a great lifestyle. NEA is in a specialist area needing special people while they try harder to turn in a profit which now seems like 2-3 years away... i am looking to get back in but not yet and not at current sp.
