Spot on Crackity! This one is an absolute disgrace but they'll get away with it. The only thing that can make this interesting is if PSL sees the light and cancels its underwriting because it understands it raises capital not to run a business but to fund settlement of debts and pay lawyers' fees. I assume they do know that the change of name will not improve the assets any.I would still be very surprised if there isn't someone within PSL who rings the alarm bells (a very brave advisor who'd put his clients money at risk here). I guess we'll find out on Friday.
