RESOLUTION 8 – APPROVAL OF CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as a special resolution: That, for the purpose of section 157(1)(a) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and all other purposes, Shareholders approve the change of the Company’s name from BC Iron Limited to BCI Minerals Limited and that, for the purposes of section 136(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and all other purposes, all references to BC Iron Limited in the Company’s constitution be replaced by references to BCI Minerals Limited.
So if anyone still doesn't believe BCI are serious about this diversification strategy, this should dispel any concerns.....
Nice - acknowledgement of their history, but also a window to their future.
