This company doesn't do fanfare.........its not Canning's style. Look at the remuneration report, the elimination of related party transactions over the years, reduction of marketing expenditure, reductions (as a %) of receiveables.........if you looked up corporate governance in the investors dictionary this guy would have his picture next to it.

My point......... announcements with this company aren't made like others to make directors look like celebrities, they are few and far between.

But if you dig through the annual report you will get a sense that there is some nip and tuck here and there ....trimming this , moving that.......the result is cash...plenty of cash in the bank....which grows almost at the rate of recurring revenues.

The numbers are very robust.........I suspect you would be fool to sell before the AGM where the stage will be set ....as they have been doing for a while, to pin the tail on an acquisition.

Interestingly J Curve the ERP package was this companies last acquisition...............they have a pretty good nose.........
