I accept Tranche A @ 5¢.

Having Tranche B @ 6¢ is lame, I think it should have been 9¢ or even 10¢.

I want the Board to work hard and actually create value for Shareholders.

After all all the talk and hubris of the last couple of years these people need to stand up and deliver the goods - make my/our company more valuable!

Having Tranche B @ 6¢ is saying (for 2 years) it is OK to stumble along and get rewarded for kicking a tin can down the road. Not good enough!
