@vestro likes to research companies for several years before buying. I would pay out on him but he has a much better success rate then me at picking winners.

I know for a fact that he can see a potential buying opportunity if Lev decides to exit his investment in CLH by selling down on market. That is an outcome that all holders would like to avoid.
