I went through the annual report and had a grin re dividend "Dividend - Your Directors have considered it prudent not to declare a dividend at this time."
The Auditors report was not conducive to a good nights sleep for Citicorp directors with 191,000,000 shares probably mainly bought at a much higher price than now. Not good for shareholders if they panic sell.
