    Hi Bob,
    Cottee would have got almost 6,000,000 million shares from his employee scheme that we all vote on without any performance measures if the SOA had got up. Bit suspect, he has a lot to gain from the SOA succeeding, so do other board members. So not really looking after us, only his share holding that he would have got from a "change in control event" - SOA.
