A significant amount of time and effort was put into ND, more than OC did I can assure you, ND had the better candidates and polices and offered a solution to OC that would have seen a united front.

In my opinion the ONLY hope is to get all of the small shareholders to consolidate and vote as a block and then you MAY have a hope of stopping any future SOA

You have got a snowballs chance in hell of making that happen.

There is an OUTSIDE chance that the new board will drill and enter into contracts BUT I doubt it. a new SOA will probably be in the order of 20 cents, so effectively MB would also get $25 MIl in cash and only pay around 90 Mil for CTP less $25 Mil cash on hand

I am referring to those that still have a major interest in the company like Stuart Howes, John Heugh, if he still has his million or so shares, etc., ... seems strange they have not been vocal since, and others just given up it seems.

I have done my part, by not selling out at 20c and used my vote against the SoA and the 249d, participated in the CR, because of Cottee's forced revised vision for the company.
