All res passed. The directors have shaved everything down including directors fees. All to preserve cash (approx $7.5M). All the skeletons have been kicked out of the closet and the Mortein has been used liberally. A clean shell.
With no project. But they are looking. Introduced them to one that they have looked at before in a rawer state.
