Pretty much yes.. that is the threat.
They risk a white knight or second suitor comming in a getting 51% though if they drive the price too low.. most smallholders wont have the stomach but another miner or high dollar outfit might get a foot in and challange Lucky Winner..
Tomac seems the most bullish here -- none of the older investment PRE-ANL seem to be around any more.. most look to have walked..
Is Klaus gonna screw AVZ holders like this?.. if so boy is there party gonna end in carnage in 12 months time. Klaus DID delivery shareholders a multi-bag in his earlier gold company prior to BYR but past performance is no gaurantee of future success and maybe hes just gonna personally reap the benefits.
Other than @tomac none of us claim to have any inside knowledge, and other than that its been golden silence we are just mushrooms being harvested for our holdings and losing equity!
Our market cap is already quite big (SP alone doesnt tell the story as we have been diluted a few times!) == balancing this is the size of this potential resource.. grades are spotty but in pockets it bonanza so lots to be excited about if we are allowed to share the riches.
ASX wont do anything so protect your equity and take your own risk!
