I don't like this announcement at all. Don't dilute the shares your shareholders have by issuing shares to the executive team and senior managers unless they are performance based and these are not. All this is going to do is have the execs and senior managers sell more shares into the market to make some quick money. Bugger that, just get paid a performance based salary and stop issuing shares.
