Everyone, my view is this is the next best thing to announcing either a deal or partnering arrangement. Why? Because if the other option was the way they were heading (capital raise), and given the amounts would be significantly more than 15% of the issued capital, then they would more than likely have announced the terms of a raising here for approval. They didn't. Watch this space.
