I am slightly favouring a takeover over a licensing deal... a takeover would be a great exit strategy for Lang (and mgmt) and I think this is why Lang brought Treagus in. It would be difficult for Lang to realise capital gains via market trades given the size of his holding, so he is effectively relying on either a buyout or future dividends. I’ll go buyout.
