Would also think that any partnership / takeover that is being targeted to be voted on at AGM would need a certain amount of notice for shareholders to be able to vote on. I had a quick look to try and find those guidelines but didnt have much luck.
All very exciting knowing we will get at least some news in the next 1-4 weeks - but taking above into consideration, I think we will hear something by weeks end.
