One last thing. I am surprised and a little disappointed that Lopez has not poked his head above the trenches to announce to all and sundry that these negotiations will obviously fail and his 6 cent ($1.20) cap raise is still well and truly in play.
But perhaps he has mellowed from his previous angst as he counts his sheckles from the VLA deal. [But seriously Lop, well done on that.]
