10% placement option is usual to ratify at an AGM just in case and found in many annual resolutions.

Personally believe the bar was set too low for the options, considering it was our money and dilution that paid for DWX.

Given the current sp I am not happy and therefore unhappy with what the issue price will be. I see no incentive to do anything to raise the sp before the vwap period.

Unless something happens in the interim I intend to vote against the options , even though I believe it will get up. Last AGM the sp fell to. 009 and we are lower than that. Seriously, why reward the director based on the current sp performance.

Happy to pay him heaps, but really you need to make a little for the long-term faithful holders, before going gouging the cookie jar. Just my view at present.
