The company can already issue shares under the incentive plan, but they will be treated as part of the 15% annual new issue limitation.
If shareholders agree to both resolution 5 (additional 10% capacity) and resolution 6, then the company can issue up to 30% new shares annually. I cant see any need for that.
Let them come back to shareholders if there is a need for a large placement.
