I think management could have done a lot better by , at the outset, announcing the restriction to SPP for those who sell from the 4th. This alone could have stopped some of the SP carnage (no i didn't sell a single share) as we all know it is a (legitimate )common practice to do. This in effect also makes it easier for Pattersons to get their fill as shareholders are locked out.
Happy with the restriction, just should have been announced first.
