However surprisingly AGR has no debt and steady growth in revenue and still AGR was not making profit which is very strange. I would not vote the same management who was managing AGR until now and I would vote someone who is very keen to bring profit for AGR from now on.

This was my opinion and I am not telling or forcing anyone what to do.

I appreciate your enthusiasm but throwing around ratios that management needs to address is probably not the best approach for this company at this stage.

maybe do a little more digging and understand where the company has been, where they are at and where they are going.

then come back and discuss - happy to have a convo then.
