It does however reinforce that if Chris was wise or cared about the greater good he would alleviate the rest of the Board from this difficult position and just resign immediately. Then they can commence stabilisation. Comfort SH with a review or executive roles and a risk review of what the  hell happened, stabilise finding and get in with it. None will invest or step into a Board until this is resolved. Then they can start on the questionable performance of people like the CMO in all of this.
