While I’m all for management having skin in the game I would hope that the new Geoff has some more substantial vesting conditions on his incentive options than the old Geoff (and Terry, Bryant etc). Granted they’re all out of the money currently however they do provide some future headwinds.
Surely these should be conditional on a significant milestone and time served?
