I think the sell down is helping us shareholders as it gives NVA the opportunity to sweep up more cheap shares from impatient holders meaning there would be less shares on the market for any non holders to purchase when the SP is rerated. Also less opportunity for the shorters too when this is on the run. I am liking this buy back as it is making the share registry tighter and non holders will have to pay more for these shares when anns start flowing on Estelle which should be NVA’s flagship tenent!
