Serious question. Is it ok to let the Chair be my proxy? As long as I tick how I want to vote, he simply executes that, right? But what if other things come up to vote?
If it is better to appoint another SH as your proxy, who is going to the AGM and prepared to identify him-/herself to be a proxy (subject to seeing that, based on hc posting record, attitudes seem to align)?
