Hi Guemar. Last year the vote was by show of hands. It appears all present raised their hands and the resolutions were passed unanimously. From memory, proxies are only activated if there is a call for a poll i.e., resolutions are then voted on by the number of shares for and against, then proxies must vote as instructed. Happy to be corrected.
