Excellent to see that the BoD have shown restraint and not asked for any more shares or massive pay increases. Which is the right thing to do by shareholders who trusted them and agreed to award them the shares last time.....on the basis of them delivering what they said they would do.

There is significant incentive already for them to get the SP back above last years share loan agreement value.

IMO it shows they have confidence in this happening....otherwise you might have seen them asking for more at the current much lower value to average down the amount outstanding.
