Agree, an update would be welcome.. Initially I though the TH was because they actually had something to announce and they were getting an announcement prepared - I assume PVD may have hoped the same.

Then came the suspension - ok perhaps they need a little more time.....

Now god knows how long in suspension so either the deal is complex and is being worked on or the deal was not as advanced as I initially 

thought and the suspension was to prevent de-listing....

Which ever the scenario, I see JKA as a great value shell, with significant investment from a cash backed holder (PVD). Lets hope they are closing in on something and we will all be informed soon!!
