That would be right the Directors asking for more shares and more remuneration and the vote will likely pass at AGM. Seems every time a company has been mismanaged the directors want more money, more bonus shares and whatever else they can grab. SGH was a classic example of unprecedented mismanagement with massive bonuses passed at the AGM for the CEO if the SP increased and the Chairman took a 50% salary increase all before the banks ran for the exits.
