far be it for me to defend directors and management compensation.
My understanding is that the company cannot relist while the event of defaults exist and hence they need the waivers to be passed by banks and bondholders before that can happen, with a target date of end November...not sure they could delay the annual meeting past that date anyway, but maybe they could....
