What is interesting is the 5 remaining tranches the directors must meet to earn their performance rights as shares. To date the other tranches were met in order.

Now when we see below we see the next tranche to be met for the big fellas to earn 20% of their p/r’s is to complete bench top test work to produce battery grade lithium carbonate equivalent.

From a self interest point of view I’m sure Bruce and Greg will want to meet tranche f as Bruce would get 1.2m shares for that and Greg 400,000 shares.

Accordingly lilac be ready as once that brine comes out of the ground, old mate and his Ute and dog will be trucking ibc’s over to you to meet tranche f. !

What also interests me is that I expect all those hurdles to be met this year in the first few quarters. Therefore what will the new performance rights be for at the annual meeting later this year , one can only imagine if all tranches up to tranche j are met by then !
